Approach
Travelling by car
Due to its geographical location in the centre of Germany, Kassel is easy to reach from all directions and the exhibition grounds are conveniently located directly on the A49 motorway.
The South, P1, P2, P3, PA and PC car parks around the exhibition grounds are available free of charge.
Travelling by train
Travellers can travel to Kassel every 30 minutes from Hamburg, Frankfurt or Munich. Both the Wilhelmshöhe long-distance railway station and the main railway station are well connected to the local public transport network.
You can reach Kassel from Munich in approx. 3 hours 20 minutes, from Hamburg in 2 hours and from Frankfurt am Main in 1 hour 20 minutes.
Travelling by public transport
From Wilhelmshöhe railway station, you can reach the exhibition grounds in just 20 minutes by taking bus no. 12, which runs every 30 minutes.
